Exposure is the key word to sell your property!  Exposure will sell your home quicker and bring you more money.  In today's world, there is no greater exposure than the internet.  95% of Buyers start their search on the Internet. In fact, by the time they even call an agent to tour your home, they have viewed it online and probably even driven by it numerous times!  It is basically a "second showing."  Once we get buyers into your home, the keys are pricing and staging.
